Two ways we answer
Bazaar and Healing Zone
Paid places. We answer each application as it arrives.

Pick your stand or practice and tell us about your work.
- 02We reply
We review it as soon as it arrives and reply by email. Approved means you get a payment link.
- 03Pay, the place is yours
Places go in the order they are paid, until the zone is full.
All other calls
Lineup, art, workshops, performers, VRELO and crew.
- 01Send before the deadline
You get an email that it arrived. It makes no difference whether you apply on the first day or the last.
- 02Curation after closing
The team for that zone reviews all applications together and curates the program.
- 03Confirmations
When curation is done, we send confirmations by email to everyone who applied.

Apply to the volunteer call with the short form.
How can I play at the festival?
Enter the lineup contest: one slot on KOLO and one on TOK, chosen by a jury and an audience vote.
How do I rent a Bazaar stand?
Apply to the Bazaar call. Approved stands pay the stand fee online.
Can I run a session or workshop?
Yes, through the calls for the Healing Days & Healing Zone, Workshop Zone and Kids Garden and Art Zone.
