What’s Included?
When you join our Bazaar, here’s everything you’ll receive:
- 3×3 meter roofed tent (open-sided) for your shop or stall.
- Electricity and lighting: One electrical socket to power your stall, plus lights.
- One adjustable folding table (120×70 cm).
- A license to sell your goods or services for the duration of the festival.
- Discounted Festival Bracelets for all days of the event: Save over 40%!
Pricing Options
Choose the package that works best for you:
- For One Seller: 300€
- Includes one Bazaar Ticket and one Festival Bracelet (valid for all days).
- For Two Sellers: 420€
- Includes one Bazaar Ticket and two Festival Bracelets (valid for all days).
Breakdown of Pricing:
- Shop Space Rental: 200€
- The remaining cost covers Festival Bracelets, offered at a 40% discount!
- All prices includes VAT
How to Apply?
To join the Pyramid Festival Bazaar, follow these steps:
- Fill Out the Shop Application Form
Share details about:- Your shop.
- The products or services you offer.
- What makes your offerings unique.
- Receive Confirmation and Payment Link
Once you submit the application, we will review your details and contact you with a confirmation email, which will include a payment link. - Register on Our Portal and Complete Payment
- Payments for the Bazaar can only be made online through our secure portal.
- To proceed, you’ll need to create an account on our portal using your email address.
- Get Final Confirmation
After completing your payment, you’ll receive a payment confirmation via email. This email will serve as the final confirmation of your Bazaar shop space.

This category includes items derived from natural or organic sources, such as hemp products, handcrafted herbal supplements, tea, and natural medicines. Ideal for sellers of teas, holistic health products, or natural remedies.
- Clothing & Accessories
Focused on wearable items like apparel and fashion accessories, ranging from handmade clothing and traditional wear to modern pieces. Let our guests express themselves and add even more diversity to the dance floor.
- Handmade Jewelry & Accessories
A place for handcrafted jewelry and unique accessories, including body jewelry and intricate, one-of-a-kind designs. This category is suitable for sellers offering handmade jewelry, psychedelic or artistic badges, or crystal-based pieces.
- Crafts & Art
Dedicated to artistic and handmade crafts, including original artworks, posters, ceramics, and pottery. Ideal for artisans who specialize in visual arts, traditional crafts, or customized handmade products.
