General Questions

1. When and where is Pyramid Festival taking place?

• Date: Pyramid Festival is scheduled from August 5th to August 11th, 2024.
• Location: The festival will be held in the picturesque village of Ilino, nestled at the foot of the mystical Rtanj Mountain in Serbia.

2. How can I purchase tickets?

• Tickets can be purchased through our Website. While we encourage you to secure your tickets in advance, a limited number of tickets may be available at the festival gates. However, we recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee your spot.

3. Is there an age restriction for attendees?

• Pyramid Festival is open to attendees of all ages. However, some activities and workshops may have age restrictions or recommendations, so please check individual event details.
  
• For children under 12y, the entry to the Festival/Healing Days is free of charge.

4. Can I bring my children?

• Families are welcome at Pyramid Festival, and there will be activities suitable for children. We encourage you to explore the Healing Days for a family-friendly experience.
  
• Needless to say, Hearing Protectors (Ear guards, Sound blockers) are mandatory for every child!

5. What’s the festival’s theme or focus?

• The festival’s theme is to celebrate the natural state of human flow, achieved through Eastern Slavic traditional art and aesthetics, and a variety of activities including music, art, workshops, ceremonies, and healing modalities. In addition to that, this year we are aligned with the Lions Gate portal opening, which the strong Pyramid energy will support.

Ticketing and Camping

6. Will there be daily tickets available?

• There will not be daily tickets available, only full ticket packages with prices decreasing depending on the day you arrive. If you arrive on Thursday, the price will cover 4 days. If you arrive on Friday, the price will cover 3 days. If you arrive on Saturday, the price will cover 2 days, and so on.
• These tickets can only be purchased at the entrance and will not be available for pre-sale. Information about prices at the gate will be available on our Tickets page.

7. Can I pay for tickets at the gate with a card?

• No! Please note that tickets at the gate can only be paid with cash, so be prepared with the exact amount for a smooth transaction.

8. Do tickets include camping access?

• Yes, both Healing Days and Festival Days tickets include free camping access. Camping opens on August 5th, 2024. for all visitors/bracelets.

9. Are there different ticket options available?

• Yes, we offer two ticket options: Healing Days and Festival Days. Each ticket provides access to the respective part of the festival which includes camping, community facilities, and free water on-site. Healing days ticket allows the owner to enjoy festival days too.

10. Is there a separate ticket for the Cacao and Rapé ceremonies during Healing Days?

• Attendance to the Cacao and Rapé ceremonies during Healing Days is included with your Healing Days ticket.

11. Can I upgrade my ticket from Healing Days to Festival Days or vice versa?

• Healing Days ticket comes with a bonus entry to Festival Days. On the other hand, Festival Days ticket can’t be changed or upgraded after purchase. All tickets are personalized so please check out our Tickets page for more details. 

Amenities and Facilities

12. Will there be free water available at the festival?

• We will have free water stations available throughout the festival village to refill your bottles. To help reduce single-use plastics, we highly recommend bringing your own reusable water bottles, food containers, and utensils. At the bars, we will have deposit cups, and in the café, biodegradable cups will be available.

13. Are there showers on-site?

• Yes, we provide free showers for festival attendees.

14. What food options are available?

• Pyramid Festival offers various local food options, catering to diverse tastes including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Explore the culinary delights of the Serbian region in the food zone.
  
• In the community kitchen for campers, you can always prepare a light or warm meal or potion. We also have a small market with fresh fruits and vegetables where you can buy ingredients to prepare your meals.

15. Is there a medical team on-site?

• Yes, we have medical professionals and a first-aid station on-site to address any health-related concerns.
• Additionally, we offer a psy care service to support your well-being during the festival.

• Pyramid Festival extends a warm welcome to your furry companions, encouraging responsible ownership with leash requirements and waste management, ensuring a harmonious celebration for all attendees and their cherished animal friends.
• Please arrive at the festival with poo bags and gloves prepared. Try not to dispose the poo bags into compost toilets! There will be usual garbage collectors for that.

18. Can I stay in nearby hotels or accommodations?

19. Is there parking available for attendees?

• We are excited to offer free parking space for all camper vans at Pyramid Festival! Register your camper van through the Google Form on our Accommodation page.
  
• Car parking is free for all visitors.

20. Will there be shuttle buses to the festival?

• There will be shuttle buses from Ozora and Belgrade. You can find more details on our Shuttle Bus page.
• Local shuttle transportation is also provided on the route Hotel Balašević – Boljevac – Pyramid Village.
