We invite facilitators, musicians, DJs and creative practitioners to apply to become part of the VRELO Stage program. We are looking for people who wish to share their knowledge, practices, music and creativity, contributing to a space for connection, exploration, expression and collective experience.

We welcome proposals in four categories
Morning Healing Practices
Facilitated sessions focused on well-being, embodiment and self-exploration: meditation, breathwork, yoga, somatic practices, sound healing and other holistic approaches.
Open Jams
Musicians and improvisers of all backgrounds are invited to create spontaneous musical encounters, fostering collaboration, experimentation and collective expression.
Conceptual Jam Sessions
Curated, theme-based jams built around a specific concept, musical approach, instrument or creative framework, encouraging participants to explore new forms of musical dialogue.
Ecstatic Dance & DJ Journeys
DJs and sound practitioners propose evening musical journeys: immersive dance experiences that invite movement, freedom, emotional expression and connection through music.
What you get
A festival ticket for the facilitators and performing members, agreed with each proposal
Camping in your own tent, included with the ticket
A slot on the VRELO Stage and a place in the official program
From the form to the festival
- 01Send before the deadline
It makes no difference whether you apply on the first day or the last.
- 02Curation after closing
The team reviews all applications together and curates the program.
- 03Confirmations
When curation is done, everyone who applied gets an email.
- Applications close: 15th March 2027
- Answers by: 10th May 2027
- Timetable shared: 1st June 2027
- Your name or the name of your act or practice, country, city
- The category you apply for
- Your proposal: the idea, how the session works and what people experience
- Length, number of people you bring, instruments or equipment
- One audio, video or photo link of your work
- What you need on site: sound, power, mats, shade
- We are especially interested in original ideas, collaborative formats and proposals that align with the spirit of VRELO: creativity, presence, connection and shared experience
- If you feel inspired to contribute, send your proposal and become part of the VRELO Stage community
- Recordings and photos from VRELO may appear on our channels
