Terms and conditions
Last updated:
Pyramid Festival is owned and organised by FLOW ENTERTAINMENT LTD. BELGRADE, company number 21968196, TIN 114078592. These terms apply to tickets for Pyramid Festival 2027 and to everyone on the festival land in Pyramid Eco Village, Ilino, Rtanj.
Tickets
Festival Pass: entrance to Pyramid Festival from 1st to 4th July 2027, including the camp and the opening program on VRELO from 30th June. The program ends on 5th July at 07:00. Personal.
Refunds: Pyramid Festival does not refund tickets. At checkout the buyer can add optional refund protection for an extra fee; it is provided and handled by a third party, under its own terms shown before payment. A cancellation or change of the event by the organiser is a separate case from refund protection and from a ticket transfer.
Transfer: a ticket can be transferred to another person through our team, at the request of the original buyer. The buyer writes to info@pyramidfestival.com from the email address used to buy, attaches the ticket(s), confirms the transfer and sends each new holder's first and last name; we confirm when the transfer is done. Forwarding the PDF ticket is not a transfer. The EX-YU Festival Pass is for citizens of RS, HR, BA, ME, MK and SI; anyone else who comes with one pays the difference up to the gate price at the entrance.
All tickets are personalised: one name per ticket, checked against an ID at the gate.
Tickets are available in multiple phases, limited to availability.
Tickets are sold through Weezevent, our ticketing partner, on the Tickets page. Bring your ID: the name on the ticket is checked at the gate.
Add-ons (Village Ticket, Tipi Village Ticket, Nomad Ticket, Adventure Ticket) are sold separately on the Tickets page and do not include the Festival Pass. Bazaar stands are sold only to accepted participants.
Children
Children under 12 have free entrance, and all attendees under the age of 18 can enter the festival land only accompanied by an adult. Consider the festival’s conditions before bringing children under 3, since we do not recommend this.
On the festival land
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the festival grounds.
Follow the camp rules and the instructions of festival staff, security and the medical and Psycare teams.
Prices
Our ticket prices include VAT.
