The call

Build it, run it, take it down. Together.

Pyramid Festival is built by hand, by people who show up. Some come early and raise the stages and the camp. Some keep the village running during the festival. Some stay after and give the land back clean. The crew is the part of Pyramid that guests never see and always feel. It is real work, in sun and dust, and it is the best way to know this festival from the inside.

In the form you pick the period that suits you best. If you could also stay for another one, say so there: build + festival and festival + teardown help us most. Exact days and shifts are agreed in the chat.

Teams

  • Build and production: stages, shade, camp and the village set-up
  • Eco team: waste sorting, water and refill points
  • Entrance and info: wristbands, welcome and questions
  • Camp: camping areas, showers, toilets, quiet hours
  • Stages and backstage: stage crew, artist care, changeovers
  • Healing Zone and Kids Garden: helping the zone teams and the families
  • Food court and bar: serving, the community kitchen, cleaning
  • Teardown: taking it all down and leaving the land clean
How it goes

How it works

  1. 01Apply below. Tell us honestly what you can do and when you are free.
  2. 02We call shortlisted applicants for a 10-minute chat in May.
  3. 03We confirm your place, your team and your dates by 5th June 2027.
  4. 04In mid-June we meet online: your team lead, your schedule, what to bring.
  5. 05You arrive, you work your shifts, you enjoy the rest of the festival.

Every missed shift falls on someone else’s back. When you say yes, your team counts on you for every shift you signed up for.

Who can apply
  • 18+ on the first day of your crew
  • Ready for physical work outdoors, in heat and in the early morning
  • Speaks English or Serbian
  • Bonus: driving licence (B), first aid, tools, bar or cash desk experience, other languages
