Join the Eco Team at Pyramid Festival

Become a guardian of balance, care, and conscious action beneath Rtanj Mountain.

We invite conscious, dedicated, and hands-on individuals to become part of the Eco Team at Pyramid Festival 2026 — the living core of our sustainability practices and environmental responsibility.

The Eco Team is not only about maintaining the space. It is about how we live together, how we relate to nature, and how we take collective responsibility for the land that hosts us.

What is SOVRA?

Rooted in ancient Slavic symbolism, SOVRA represents the table — a sacred place of gathering, nourishment, exchange, and shared creation.

Around the Sovra, people meet as equals: to eat, learn, share responsibility, and care for one another. This year’s theme honors continuity, cooperation, and the understanding that sustainability begins with how we treat our shared space.

The Eco Team embodies this principle in action.

What is the Eco Team?

The Eco Team supports and implements Pyramid Festival’s sustainability system across the entire site. This includes:

  • Waste prevention, separation, and education
  • Reusable systems and eco infrastructure
  • Composting and circular practices
  • Communication with visitors and collaboration with other teams
  • Care for shared spaces and natural surroundings

Eco Team members are not cleaners.
They are eco-facilitators, role models, and educators, leading by example through awareness, presence, and action.

Who Are We Looking For?

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Care deeply about environmental responsibility and community values
  • Enjoy teamwork, practical tasks, and being active on the ground
  • Are curious to learn about sustainable event systems
  • Feel comfortable communicating with people in a kind and clear way
  • Are ready to take responsibility for shared spaces

Previous experience in sustainability, festivals, or eco projects is welcome — but not required.
Motivation, awareness, and willingness to learn matter most.
